Career Path Award

This award is ideal for individuals ready to take the first step toward a fulfilling career in real estate or a related field. It provides the foundation and resources to help aspiring professionals begin their journey with confidence and purpose.

Career Enhancement Award

Designed for dedicated professionals already active in real estate or a related field, this award empowers individuals to expand their knowledge, enhance their skills, and achieve new milestones through advanced education, certifications, or specialized training. It also supports those exploring a transition to another real estate-related career.
Eligibility Requirements:

• Must have held a real estate license for at least one year.
• Must have been an active member of the Columbus Realtist Association for at least one year.

Sky is the Limit Award

This award celebrates the ambition and potential of high school seniors pursuing higher education. Applicants must demonstrate academic commitment with a minimum 2.0 GPA and proof of acceptance to an accredited institution. Award funds will be disbursed directly to the institution after the recipient successfully completes their first semester or quarter, empowering them to reach for the stars and achieve their dreams.
